...Cinnamon Danish!
First enjoyed in Northern Europe's Denmark
and Sweden, this rolled sheet of yeast-leavened
sweet bread dough is sprinkled with a
cinnamon and sugar (or brown sugar) mixture
over a layer of butter. The prepared dough is
then rolled, then cut, and baked.
Deep fried versions are also popular!
